Your Inner Mastery Mentors email signature

Copy it once, paste it into Gmail, then type your own name and details over the placeholders. Takes about a minute.

Step 1 — Copy the signature

Inner Mastery Mentors
[Your Name]
[Your Role]
Inner Mastery Mentors
Copied! Now go to Step 2.

Step 2 — Paste it into Gmail (computer)

  1. In Gmail, click the gear icon (top right) → See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature+ Create new, give it a name (e.g. “IMM”).
  3. Click inside the signature box and press Ctrl + V (Mac: Cmd + V). The logo and layout will appear.
  4. Under Signature defaults, set it for new emails and replies.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Step 3 — Make it yours

  1. Click directly on [Your Name] in the pasted signature and type your name. Do the same for [Your Role] and [you@example.com].
  2. Leave the logo and “Inner Mastery Mentors” exactly as they are.
  3. Save Changes again. Send yourself a test email to check it looks right.

If the logo doesn't paste FALLBACK

Some setups block pasted images. If the logo is missing: in the Gmail signature box click the Insert image icon → Web Address (URL) → paste this and press Select:

On your phone: the Gmail mobile app can't paste a logo into its signature setting. Set the signature on a computer once — it then applies on the web. (Mobile-app signatures are text-only by Gmail's design.)
